Why Worry? There are only two things in life to worry bout: Whether you are well

 about. But if you die, there are only two things to worry about: Whether you are

going to go to heaven or whether you are going to go to hell. If you go to heaven,

Then you have nothing to worry about. But if you go to hell, you'll be so busy

shaking hands with all your friends, That you won't have time to worry So,

WhyWorry?

سلام به همگي، به اونايي كه هميشه لطف دارن چه مثل بارون چه مثل خورشيد پشت ابر.

خب از اين كه نبودم عذر مي خوام. اونايي كه باهام در ارتباط بودن ميدونن كه  دوست ندارم امسالم مثل سال قبل بشه. البته بايد سعي بكنم و شما هم دعا بفرمايين.  ورزش هم يكي از اين كاراست كه بايد مي كردم و دارم وقت ميذارم روش. اميدوارم همه تون اينطوري باشين. سالم و سر حال در برابر تمام ناملايمات. بعد تمرينات متفاوت يكي از آرزوهامو با كمك دوستان و خانواده بر آورده كردم و اونم تجربه سايكوتوريستي بود.

پنج شنبه و جمعه بعد كش و قوسهاي زياد بالاخره اولين برنامه گردشي خارج از كشور رو با دوچرخه انجام دادم. جاي همتون هم خالي. خالي هم شد حرف كاشكي همتون بودين. با تمام سختي هاش تجربه خوبي بود.

 و از خونواده ام و دوستام و شما ها كه هميشه يادتون همراهمه تشكر مي كنم بويژه از یه مهربوني كه نگرانش کرده بودم.( ادامه دارد....)
